Due to popular demand and a SOLD OUT retreat in May, Hatha Yoga Sydney is proud to announce its second retreat date for 2020 at the beautiful Vanam Retreat Centre in the Blue Mountains! We are returning to Mount Victoria to enjoy a quiet and tranquil long weekend away in the fresh mountain air along, with our lovely hosts Jeff & Andy. Over this weekend, we will immerse ourselves in Yoga, Meditation, incredible food, rest and relaxation, bush walks in nature and so much more.

By taking some well deserved time just for you and delving a little deeper into your yoga practice in an idyllic setting, Yoga Retreats can offer you the opportunity to realign your goals, set healthier intentions, rest, relax and rejuvenate. If stress, anxiety, physical aches and pains, exhaustion or emotional upheaval are overtaking your life, then this is exactly what you need.
