The yoga class videos don’t have to be practiced in their entirety. If you’re running short on time, you can break them up into 15 or 20 minute segments and make them work for you and your busy schedule.
The PDF practices target different parts of the body, so just pick and choose what you may need on any particular day. Print them out or keep them on your desktop when you need a moment to breathe, stretch, release and decompress whether you are in the office between meetings, travelling, in a hotel room or in the privacy of your own home.
