Sanchia will lead you through the amazing Flying Dragon sequence in this class, which is is a dynamic and flowing sequence that builds heat and stimulates circulation through your entire body.
After repeating the Flying Dragon sequence multiple times, you will cool down with a series of long held postures designed to induce balance and calm in the body and mind.
This is a unique opportunity to try something different, bring your imagination, spread your wings and fly like a dragon!
